I dreaded this run. For the last few weeks, I have been dwindling in miles. From 5 to 4 to 3 last week. I've felt completely run down for each of the runs. But this Saturday, I peeled off the pace... just a touch and I ripped out 4 miles. And it felt good. Despite the crazy weight gain from Halloween, even.
For the record, I was 165.5/9 after the run. Today I was 162.5/8.
