Feeling decent today. Weigh in at 168.5 @ 13% body fat this morning, 9:00AM. Skipped evening workout but plan on my lunchtime run tomorrow to get everything really going.

Ate simply today, granola bar and some orange slices for breakfast. Two fists of rice and turkey pastrami for lunch. for dinner, 6 hot wings, a small dinner roll and a bit of chips and salsa... hot habenjaro salsa. Ouch. Oh, and a 12oz can of Coke. Not diet... that's important since I can't fathom how the chemicals to make that soda 1 calorie can be good for you. I still need to cut out the pop as well. But that is another long and grueling battle to come.
