Good day. Lowering my intake and increasing activity days. Ran 3 miles in the cold today as well as a brisk 1 mile walk. Weighed in at 167lbs @ 13% body fat. 10 more pounds to competition weight. 5 more to spring weight. Lets see... ate a granola bar, had a coffee, Sprite, small burger and fries, a fist of rice and a medium portion of pork, and a couple of orange slices.
Seems fat goes on a whole lot faster than they melt off. Ugh...
