Ugh... work stress on top of home stress. Joy upon joys! Forcing the lowering of my calorie intake to expediate weight loss. Granola bar, water, lemongrass soup, turkey pastrami sandwich, and a glass of Sprite. 168.5lbs @ 13%. 30min on the bike, full stack on the leg press and blew my arms to fatigue.

Tomorrow, I run outdoors in shorts.
