What is it!!?
This season just seems to drag on without end. I'm getting stir-crazy and it is getting very difficult to keep motivated. I ran with a long-time running buddy today and it felt really good. I just can't seem to get a nice, consistent schedule down. I go days without a workout and then double up for a couple of days. This isn't good since it makes the whole dietary thing work out right... for example, if I do a 3 mile run then follow up with a full gym session in the evening burning some 800 calories... and then go 2 days without lifting a finger but eat the same each day... I now have an excess of calories which translated to the tire fund around my mid-section. I have to find motivation and consistency. Motivation and consistency....
