Yessir. I shifted focus on one of my workouts. I am working to get the gut down and the pipes defined. So those areas are sore.
I got onto one of those exercise balls and started to figure out crunches. But I did 4 sets of 25 of what was more-or-less Roman Chair Sit-Ups on a bouncing ball. In between each set, I whipped out a variety of grips of curls and Military Presses. I also started comboing sets from curls upto presses and then sit-ups. I also did a ton of Supermans... only to have some creepy lady get onto the benchpress maching right next to where I was working out. Kind of made me self-conscious and creeped out.
Sore and going to be on my Monday ride tomorrow. Oh... 172lbs and 12% body fat. I am accepting the additional weight as long as I get the buff bod in return.
