Pain in the rear

Wow! I went out at lunch and steamrolled on my cyclocross rig. I found out it is still too early to have developed my guard against saddle sores... so I have saddle soars. It sucked since the trail I was on is 90% washboard terrain. Don't get it? Well consider that a cyclocross bike is essentially a road bike with knobby tires. No suspension + high pressure skinny tires = a lot of saddle pounding on my back side. It didn't help I also rode a couple of days ago.

Anyway, my legs are toast. My butt hurts. And I am running out of energy. My wife is napping upstairs. I asked if we were going to work out tonight and she replied... yes.... Ugh.
