Putting on the Pounds

Did my heavy weights last night. Went up to the next plates on the Lat Pulldown machine to 112.5 pounds and to 100 pounds on the Bench Press machine. Pretty good for only able to Bench 50 only a few months ago. That and I did a complete "ball" workout focusing on upper arms, shoulders and abs. I did it all to fatigue. I actually feel the "good" sore feeling.

I've also given up coffee and soft drinks. Feeling very tired. Very, very tired.
