Ahhh... nice leg burn tonight. 13+ miles of rough MTB'n. 2 crashes on the soft stuff. Proof that I can hang with the 20-something fast guy though he could eventually pull away almost at will. When I got home, I took a quick shower and had a ton of protien (and fat). Tomorrow... "pahmp ouou ahhppp!" Heavy weight training.
Long term goal... shed the "muffin top" look... my jerseys seem a bit snug as of late.
