So the wife wants to start hitting the gym again starting tomorrow. I'm glad and terrified at the same time. I haven't done a meaningful gym workout in months though I do crave the orbital machine, the leg presses, and my ball routine. The ball routine is what I miss the most though the orbital workout was great for high-intensity stamina... my wife would always get grossed out by the amount of sweat I would produce in 30 minutes. The ball was great since it targeted my most neglected areas... my core and upper body.
Also working on food control (again). Lost it yesterday but I am much better today. Even though I took in seemingly too much, I manager to shed a half pound. We'll see where I end up tomorrow. Again, the goal for the Iceman... anything under 170lbs.
