Two and a half months later... and I'm still 173lbs/12% flab. I'll say I'm fat... actually bloated a bit. I have regained those headaches from back when I was much fatter so I take that as a bad sign. I have noticed I am eating smaller portions but more often... and not necessarily the right things.
I was exceptionally tired yesterday but when I rode last night with the guys, I felt great. The first time up the hill (Cannonsburg Ski Area) I felt like my heart was gonna blow but the subsequest rides up felt almost effortless. I forgot my HRM for the ride, but I felt comfortable the entire time. At the end, I felt I should have done a couple of more up the face, but it was hard enough just to see with the darkness and rain. I hate night riding. It just points out how slow my reflexes are nowadays.
Goal for the Iceman is anything below 170lbs. Now, get to it!
