I've started to track my fitness & nutrition again using a new program. After just a couple of weeks doing this, I discovered a potentially weird anomaly. Usually if one ingests less calories that one burns in a day, one looses weight, right? Well I'm tracking that on days that I eat more, I weigh less the day after. Quirky?
What I've done in the past is eat somewhere between 1200 and 1500 calories/day on top of exercise to drop weight. Recently, if I eat that, than I gain; if I eat in excess of 2000 calories in a day, I loose weight. How is that possible?
I am in the process of seeing if it may be a delayed reaction from previous calorie deficit days, but I've done consecutive days with an excess of 2000 calories and still drop weight both following mornings. I'm also tracking water intake to see if there may be anything there.
More on this as I continue to track my results.
