Again, I'm working on the road to recovery... a road back to somewhere I used to be and then go beyond. Tall order, but achievable. I'm hanging in there with a few oops' along the way. I still feel a bit on the fat side, but tetering on the fit. Good place to be in the dead of Winter, I guess.
I just read a bit back about the 3 foods people should never eat. Ever. They are a donut, alfredo sauce, and processed cheese. I'm down with that. They're all 0 nutrition foods with a whole lot of saturated fats to push your cholesterol up.
Speaking of cholesterol, I just had my yearly physical. My first one in about 5 years... hehehe. Everything is great, even my weight. The only hit is just a tad over 200 with the cholesterol score. D'Oh! I have been instructed to seek out more low cholesterol choices. I guess that's nothing since one of my bros just blurted out a story with his score rocketing over the 300 mark. Must have been cutting the meat away and eating the fat and grissle only. Hmmm.
For the record, 173.5/14 this morning.
