Progress

I'm starting to see positive progress in the pursuit of being fit + happy. My wife and I began curbing our habits acquired over the past couple of years and realigning our diets. Also, I am slowly climbing back onto the workout train... which I solidly fell off a year ago. So I now run a 4-mile route every Saturday morning. With just this, I drop 1 solid pound per week. That's good. But that isn't enough for my goals. I need to get mentally into this and break the time I have at lunch to do a workout... any workout. So my plan is to add 2-3 lunch workouts per week. Run, bike, weights, boxing... whatever. Just what feels good for the day. This is the same plan I locked into when I was last fit + happy. When I get there, I will then focus on toning and definition. The goal of washboard abs is still a far off goal... at least when I gander down at my spare....
