What a day. Very tired in the AM and by the time it was 2:30 in the afternoon, I was BEAT! None-the-less, I had to keep going. Down to business, weight @ 167.5 and 12% body fat. I reflected on starting to take my resting heart rate again when I get up, but I forgot this morning. For the record, my lowest resting HR is 34BPM. A spot check placee my HR at 66BPM. Needs some work.
I did some light calisthetics and some brutal ab work tonight. My legs are a little shot from yesterday's run but I plan on running again tomorrow. Plus my wife wants to hit the gym in the evening. I have 1 more week before I start my swimming lessons. Let's hope I feel good in a pair of swim trunks, huh?!
Average eats: granola, no coffee, 32oz Gatorade, mushroom soup, bagel sandwich,fist of rice and a grilled medium pork rib.
