Tired this morning again. 8AM meeting. 10AM meeting ran through lunch until 2PM. Had to skip my planned lunchtime run in the cold and picked up an assbag of chow (that's what I think of fast food). Got home at 6:30PM and my wife is asleep on the couch and I asked her repeatedly if she wanted to hit the gym... or sleep. I went to the gym alone. Half hour on the orbital skier + 20 minutes on the weight machines + 10 minutes of stretching=free meal.

So in the AM I came in at 168lbs @ 13% body fat. After the gym I reweighed in at 167lbs @ 12% body fat. Before I went to the gym, I checked my resting HR @ 44BPM. 2 granola bars, small cup of coffee, McD dbl cheese md combo w/ Sprite, a fist of rice and a fist of pork. BTW, a "fist" is a portion about the size of my fist... and I have small hands. Most people's stomachs are the size of their fist. I am making my way back to having only a fist of food at a major meal... w/ small snacks throughout the day.

I feel better after this workout :).
