I have come to the conclusion that I need to regain my running form. It was the regimine that got me to a point of great fitness and I am sure it will get me there again. A run every other day... rain or shine. I will probably do a Wed, Fri, Sun regimine to balance out the Mon MTB and the Tue, Thu, Sat gym workouts.
I'm currently working through bringing my eating a bit more under control.
Welcome again the concern for knee problems and the time for nothing. I, for the first time in a while, brought running shoes with me on a business trip.
Gotta get serious.
