168.5 pounds.
I find, as does my wife, that we gain weight during the weekend. I recorded inching up 0.5 pounds per day through the weekend and losing that plus a little more (maybe) during the course of the work week.
But I believe I eat more during the week as well as do my long distance runs and events during the weekends. My theory so far is that during the week, I do a lot more moving around for a continuous stretch of time. I drink coffee which is loaded with caffeine. I stress out not quite as spiked as on a weekend, but in a steady and long burn over the entire day.
During the Winter months we seem to be less active in regards to tackling laborsome home tasks. Hopefully since the dawning of Spring and warmer weather has arrived, we will both become much more active overall. We'll see how it goes.
I only need to drop 0.5 more pounds in the next 10 days to reach my first goal of 168lbs on April 1st.
